What started with a single pie flavor has now expanded to five unique offerings, each carefully constructed to capture the essence of Bolivian culture. To ensure we share a piece of our heart with you and your family, we hand-select and grind all of our meat, carefully measure our spices, and oven-bake every pie to perfection.
Hand selected and trimmed, we ground our own beef for the best possible quaility. Slowly simmered in our special blend of spices but with an extra kick of chili pepper for those with daring palates. Combined with potatoes, carmelized onions, and surrounded by a thick beef sauce, this little bad boy is a kick up from our classic beef Saltena.
